Before your visit, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a current list of medications, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, supplements, and any recent changes. Our clinic is located at Crain Health Park in Suite 201, where you will have access to free surface parking. Please allow extra time for parking, building entry, check-in, and any paperwork you might need to fill out before your appointment begins.

United Theranostics Chesapeake is accessible via Maryland Transit Administration bus service. The closest listed MTA bus stop is Crain Hwy & Oak Manor Dr, served by LocalLink Route 70 between Patapsco Station and Annapolis.
By Train*
Patients traveling by Light RailLink can ride to Cromwell/Glen Burnie Station, then connect to LocalLink Route 70 toward Annapolis and exit at Crain Hwy & Oak Manor Dr. From there, follow Oak Manor Drive to Crain Health Park at 331 Oak Manor Drive, Suite 201.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so there is time for parking, check-in, and any paperwork needed before your visit.
Where do I check in once I arrive?
After parking and entering the building, you can access the United Theranostics Chesapeake clinic by using the nearby stairs or elevator. Suite 201 is located on the second floor of Crain Health Park. Please check in at the front desk and be sure to bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any other materials that your care team may have asked you to bring, such as medical records.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The building entrance, elevators, and clinic space are designed to support patients using mobility aids. Call ahead if you think you might benefit from additional arrival assistance.
What if I'm running late?

Can a family member wait with me during treatment?
A caregiver or guest may accompany you to check-in and will have access to a waiting room nearby to our treatment and imaging rooms. For treatment-specific safety rules, your care team will be sure to review important information with you before your visit.
