Before your visit, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a current list of medications, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, supplements, and any recent changes. If your care team has asked you to bring outside imaging, lab results, referral paperwork, or prior treatment records, please have those items available as well.

Our Los Angeles clinic is located at 11500 W Olympic Boulevard in Suite 610. Validated parking is available for United Theranostics patients. Please allow extra time for parking, building entry, elevator access, check-in, and any paperwork you may need to fill out before your appointment begins.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so there is time for parking, check-in, and any paperwork needed before your visit.
Where do I check in once I arrive?
After parking and entering the building, you can access the United Theranostics Los Angeles clinic by utilizing the lobby elevator. Suite 610 is located on the 6th floor. Please check in at the front desk and be sure to bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any other documents that your care team may have asked you to bring, such as relevant medical records.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The building entrance, elevators, and clinic space are designed to support patients using mobility aids. Call ahead if you think you might benefit from additional arrival assistance.
What if I'm running late?

Can a family member wait with me during treatment?
A caregiver or guest may accompany you to check-in and will have access to a waiting room near our treatment and imaging rooms. For treatment-specific safety rules, your care team will be sure to review important information with you before your visit.
